Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to TallyWorld ("the game", "we", "us") on the web, Android app, and related sites such as tallys.world. By playing, installing, or connecting a wallet, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country).
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the game and any on-chain features complies with applicable laws where you live.
The game is not financial, investment, or legal advice. Nothing in TallyWorld is an offer to sell securities or a promise of profit.

Beta service

TallyWorld is under active development. Features, economies, balances, and servers may change, pause, or reset without notice. We provide the game as is and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, bug-free play, or preservation of every in-game state during beta periods.

Accounts, sessions & wallets

You may play without a wallet. Connecting a Solana wallet is optional and used for on-chain land, marketplace actions, and token payments you initiate.
You control your wallet. We never ask for your seed phrase or private keys. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet, approving transactions, and any loss from unauthorized access or user error.
Player profiles, inventory, and progress are tied to your session and/or wallet on our world server. Display names and public stats may appear on leaderboards and tallys.world.

In-game economy

◆ merits, Tally Points (TP), inventory items, and other off-chain rewards are game mechanics. They have no guaranteed real-world value and may be adjusted for balance or anti-abuse.
The Harvest Pool, job orders, loot boxes, and similar systems are governed by server rules published in-game. Participation is voluntary; payouts depend on treasury funding, daily caps, and fair-play limits.
We may reverse balances or rewards obtained through cheating, exploits, or server errors.

On-chain land & tokens

Plot claims, marketplace sales, rentals, and $TALLY payments occur on Solana. Blockchain transactions are public and irreversible once confirmed.
NFT metadata and ownership follow the Solana programs and wallets involved. We do not control the Solana network, token prices, or third-party wallet apps.
You bear all risk of volatility, smart-contract bugs, network congestion, and regulatory treatment of digital assets in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Cheat, bot, automate gameplay, or abuse bugs and exploits.
Harass, threaten, or impersonate other players.
Attempt to disrupt servers, reverse-engineer anti-cheat, or access systems without authorization.
Use the game for unlawful activity, money laundering, or sanctions evasion.
Scrape, spam, or overload our APIs or infrastructure.

Your builds & content

Structures and customizations you place on plots you own or rent remain yours in spirit, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, store, and transmit that content in-game, on the world map, in NFT metadata, and in promotional materials for TallyWorld. Do not upload unlawful or infringing material.

Intellectual property

TallyWorld code, art direction, UI, and original game systems are owned by the project maintainers. Third-party assets (including LPC-derived sprites credited in the game repo) remain under their respective licenses. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the game client or assets except as allowed by those licenses. TallyWorld is not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, or the original Block Stranding project.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access — including wallet-linked profiles — for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or operational necessity. On-chain assets you already hold remain on-chain; off-chain progress and balances may be forfeited when an account is banned.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TallyWorld is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that rewards, land values, or token balances will retain any particular value.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the maintainers and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, digital assets, or goodwill arising from your use of the game. Our total liability for any claim related to the game is limited to the greater of USD $50 or the amount you paid us directly in the twelve months before the claim (typically zero for free-to-play use).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the project maintainers from claims arising out of your misuse of the game, your on-chain transactions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms as features evolve. The "Last updated" date below shows the current version. Material changes may be noted on tallys.world. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
